Role Overview
DYOPATH is hiring a Senior Director, Technology to serve as a senior business and technology leader with direct impact on scaling services, expanding revenue, and driving measurable client outcomes. This position oversees a growing base of U.S. and international clients and provides leadership across technology, operations, and security functions.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who wants to shape offerings that customers buy, guide teams that produce real business value, and influence the direction of the company at the executive level.
Key Role Details
- Work location: Remote
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- After-hours expectation: Occasional availability is needed for urgent escalations
- Travel: Limited international travel, mainly to the United States, depending on client and leadership requirements
- Language requirement: Advanced English with professional fluency
- Base pay: MXP 900,000 to MXP 1,200,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus

Core Accountabilities
The Senior Director, Technology will be responsible for the following areas:
- Technology strategy and delivery: Build and execute a multi-year technology plan that supports growth, client results, and operational strength. Turn leadership priorities into practical roadmaps and ensure implementation.
- Service and product development: Manage the service catalog, including offerings, service levels, pricing, and packaging. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to launch market-ready solutions.
- Financial leadership: Influence or directly own revenue growth, gross margin, and profitability across services.
- Cybersecurity oversight: Provide executive sponsorship for cybersecurity, coordinate with security leadership on risk and roadmap decisions, and explain tradeoffs in business language to executives and clients.
- Operational excellence: Improve S/NOC performance, SLA achievement, and incident handling while creating a metrics-driven culture of accountability.
- Architecture and platform direction: Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, data, networking, and integrations with a focus on simplification, standardization, and scale.
- Executive and client communication: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients, translating technical complexity into clear business decisions.
- People leadership: Lead managers across IT, architecture, operations, and security while building ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and future leaders.

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, such as IT, architecture, product, or operations
- At least 5 years of experience leading leaders across multiple functions
- Strong background delivering complex initiatives with measurable business results
- Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and return-on-investment analysis
- Experience with service catalogs, pricing, or packaged offerings
- Background working with or overseeing cybersecurity functions
- Experience in managed service, managed security, or recurring revenue environments is strongly preferred
- Exposure to multi-client and recurring revenue models is an added advantage
- Executive-level communication experience with boards, clients, or senior leadership is also preferred
