About the Role
This position is for a Senior Relationship Manager focused on insurance sales through banking partnerships in Nagpur. The role centers on building productive relationships with partner banks and supporting life insurance growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with bank partners and branch teams to expand life insurance sales, support execution of sales plans, and help drive performance against business targets.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with partner bank teams to support life insurance business development.
- Work with bank staff to roll out sales initiatives and training activities.
- Track performance and consistently work toward monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Conduct recurring sales reviews and meetings.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold any bachelor’s degree and bring at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, banking, finance, or insurance. Strong communication skills are also suitable for consideration.
