Service Driver

Role Overview

We are hiring a Service Driver for the Okehampton branch, with work covering Redruth, Cornwall, Camborne, and nearby areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, organising their own day, and delivering a strong customer experience. No previous experience is needed, as full industry-specific training is provided.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will travel to a range of customer locations to maintain washroom hygiene products. The equipment you will handle may include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, and floor mats.

• Collect, load, unload, and service customer units and floor mats
• Keep the vehicle in safe working condition and drive in line with company road-safety standards
• Represent the company professionally and deliver helpful, high-quality service

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence held for more than 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Willingness to adapt working patterns based on business demand
• A proactive approach and a positive, can-do attitude
• Personal pride in workmanship and service standards
• Ability to pass a DBS check if the role requires it

Pay and Benefits

The base salary is £26,655 per year. The expected on-target earnings are £327,479 per year, with bonus and commission schemes available. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and access to RI Rewards.

A relocation package of up to £5,000 may be available if you are moving from more than 2 hours away.

This is a full-time, permanent role, typically Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 48 hours in the future along with a higher salary.
