Your Mission

Ensure structure, quality, and well-being. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of our Berlin location. You will focus on order, cleanliness, supplies, and the small details that make a difference for our users. You will ensure that coffee, pantry areas, toiletries, conference rooms, and office supplies are always well-prepared and stocked. Additionally, you will assist with events, daily office operations, and processing incoming mail.

What to Expect

  • Holacratic Work Approach: Self-organized roles instead of traditional hierarchies.
  • Scope for Initiative & Responsibility: Contribute your ideas and actively shape our team.
  • Team Events & Development: Regular events for exchange, creativity, and personal growth.
  • Additional Vacation: 30 days of vacation plus December 24th and 31st off.
  • Time Off Instead of Overtime: We value your work-life balance – easily convert overtime into compensatory time off.
  • Financial Benefits: Edenred card (monthly reloadable), Corporate Benefits with numerous attractive discounts.
  • Health & Mobility: Business Bike for enhanced mobility, environmental awareness, and fitness.
  • Long-Term Security: We support your company pension plan.
  • Family & Friends Coworking Ticket: Allow friends and family members free access to our 1000 Satellites Open Spaces for up to 20 working days per year.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and welcoming site operations.
  • Maintain our coffee, pantry, and community areas in top condition.
  • Guarantee that all necessary items for guests and members are available.
  • Professionally prepare and manage meeting and conference rooms throughout the day.
  • Assist with events and create excellent experiences.
  • Confidently manage orders, inventory, and stock levels.
  • Provide support wherever needed in daily operations.

Your Strengths

  • Previous practical experience in service-oriented fields (e.g., hospitality, retail, office management) is advantageous; career changers are explicitly welcome.
  • Strong service orientation with a passion for interacting with people and a friendly, open demeanor.
  • High quality awareness with an eye for detail, order, and cleanliness.
  • Motivation to create functional, well-maintained, and inviting spaces.
  • Structured, reliable, and pragmatic work approach.
  • Organizational talent and the ability to keep track of tasks and supplies.
  • Initiative and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • No specific educational degree required – reliability, self-responsibility, and a good eye for detail are more important.
  • Good German or English language skills.
