About the role

El Jannah is seeking confident, driven Shift Leaders who can keep service running smoothly and guide teams through busy shifts. In this role, you will be the dependable person on shift, setting the tone, supporting team members and helping ensure guests receive a consistently positive experience. You will also help maintain strong standards in service, food quality, safety and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team through service in line with the company’s operating style and standards.
• Make sure daily restaurant operations stay efficient and on track.
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen their skills and confidence.
• Deliver a reliable, guest-first experience during every shift.
• Assist with rostering and organising shifts.
• Support the restaurant in meeting performance targets and KPIs.
• Maintain standards for food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and workplace health and safety.
• Monitor stock levels so kitchen and service operations remain uninterrupted.
