- Define assembly methods with the Site Works Coordinator and adapt them to the contract requirements of the project.
- Pass the execution plan to the Site Supervisors.
- Set up the site organization structure and establish the required offices and facilities on site.
- Ensure the site is managed according to the organization model agreed with the Project Manager and GCP/Ops Operations.

- Receive, accept, and store equipment and devices at the site.
- Make sure the site setup, work methods, testing and commissioning activities, and all on-site resources such as buildings, containers, machines, and vehicles comply with applicable laws and local regulations.
- For HSE matters, coordinate with the HSE Manager assigned to each site.
- Provide technical support to the Site Works Coordinator when required.
- Establish a site quality plan.

- Assess customer facilities and identify opportunities for improvement or corrective solutions.
- Ensure test and commissioning tools and devices are properly maintained, checked, calibrated, transported, and handed over to site as required.
- Make sure all operators, including subcontractors, keep drawings updated and that red-marked documents are forwarded to the Design Office so final as-built documents can be completed.
- Prepare monthly status updates, progress reports, meeting minutes, transportation damage statements, site arrival condition reports, final stock condition reports, operating incident records, equipment incident records, and non-conformance records for the Project Manager and GCP/Ops Operations, with the Site Works Coordinator.
- At project close, prepare the end-of-project review materials with the Site Works Coordinator and centralize marked-up documents and drawings for validation before they are sent to the Project Manager and customer, subject to approval.
- Ensure health and safety rules are applied on site in line with local regulations, Schneider Electric directives, and customer requirements.
- Confirm that site resources, skills, experience, and accreditation levels match the nature of the work being performed.
- Implement, maintain, and update the site safety plan and related risk assessments, and ensure field service representatives and subcontractors comply with HSE requirements.
