Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Steward position in Tirupati. The selected candidate will assist with everyday food and beverage service activities, maintain cleanliness in guest-facing and back-of-house areas, and help ensure that service runs smoothly. The role requires a professional manner, attention to hygiene, and steady support to both guests and internal teams.
Key Duties
- Prepare dining spaces for service by arranging tables and setting up the area appropriately.
- Support food and beverage service by serving items, replenishing water, and assisting with guest requests.
- Clear tables and keep service sections neat, organized, and ready for ongoing operations.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff to help maintain a smooth workflow.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices in all service and back-of-house areas.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and other service items with care.
- Ensure required supplies are available and service areas remain stocked.
- Interact with guests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
- Maintain a neat personal appearance and professional conduct throughout the shift.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should bring strong customer service and communication skills, along with a polite and professional approach toward guests and colleagues. Familiarity with food and beverage service, basic table settings, hygiene practices, and food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations is important.
