Role Summary

This position is suited to an experienced Strategy Manager who can lead planning efforts and contribute to executive decision-making. The role centers on shaping business strategy, assessing market potential, and coordinating cross-functional work that strengthens performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development and rollout of business strategy and long-term planning programs.
• Carry out market studies, competitor comparisons, and broader industry research.
• Spot growth levers, strategic risks, and priority areas for the business.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep strategic goals aligned.
• Build business cases, financial models, and practical strategic recommendations.
• Track business results and monitor core strategic KPIs.
• Support transformation programs, optimization efforts, and operational improvement work.
• Prepare board- or executive-level presentations and strategy documents.
• Assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and plans for expansion.
• Ensure strategy is translated into execution across departments.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another relevant discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate development.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity is preferred.
• Strong capability in analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving.
• Hands-on exposure to financial modelling, business analysis, and strategy frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to review complex information and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-moving business or consulting environment is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work autonomously in a remote setup.
