Team Leader

Role overview

As a Team Leader in Newquay, you will help steer the daily operation of your department and set the tone for service on the shop floor. This permanent full-time role runs on afternoon shifts, with 36 hours each week and a pay rate of £13.71 per hour. The closing date for applications is 28 June 2026.

What the role involves

You will be the person colleagues can rely on to keep the department moving in the right direction. That means leading by example, supporting your team through the day, maintaining smooth operations, and making sure customers get consistently strong service. You may also help with stock handling, support new colleagues as they settle in, and step in when issues need quick resolution. You will work alongside your manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated and focused.
