About the role
This position is built around the company’s “Get Stuck In” mindset. Rather than being assigned to a single department, you’ll move around the resort and support several teams to help create an excellent guest experience.
The work is varied from day to day. Mondays and Fridays are focused on cleaning guest accommodation, while the rest of the week may see you working in areas such as sports and activities, restaurants, quick-service food, buffets, bars and shops, or even the fairground. At times, you may be asked to support more than one area during the same shift.
What we’re looking for
The ideal person is upbeat, flexible, and enjoys working with others. This role suits someone who likes picking up new skills, can adapt quickly, and brings positive energy to the team. Previous experience is not required; a strong attitude, willingness to help, and a real desire to contribute to guest enjoyment matter most.
You’ll receive a structured 90-day onboarding plan plus a buddy to help you settle in. If you’re aiming for a future career in hospitality, this role offers practical experience across several guest-facing parts of the business.
Candidates with any of the following qualifications would also be welcome: FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence qualification.

- This is a full-time position.
- The role is 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Work is scheduled across 5 days out of 7.
- Evening and weekend shifts are included.
- Live-in accommodation can be provided for candidates who are moving to the area.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
