About the Role

This position is designed for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork. As a Team Member Plus, you will not be assigned to a single department. Instead, you will move around the resort, supporting different teams and helping create a great experience for guests.

The work changes from day to day. Your week will include cleaning guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, while the remaining days may involve supporting sports and activities, restaurants, quick-service food outlets, buffets, bars, shops, or the fairground. At times, you may work across more than one area.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking upbeat, adaptable people who enjoy learning and collaborating with others. Previous experience is not necessary. A positive attitude, energy, willingness to help wherever needed, and a real interest in improving the guest experience matter most.

You will receive a structured 90-day induction and be paired with a buddy to help you settle in. For someone interested in building a career in hospitality, this role offers practical experience in several guest-facing areas.

Candidates with the following qualifications are also encouraged to apply: FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence qualification.

Role Details

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The schedule is 30 to 35 hours per week, spread across 5 days out of 7.
  • Evening and weekend shifts are part of the role.
  • Relocation support may include live-in accommodation.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
