We are looking for a imaginative and user-first UI/UX Designer to shape clean, engaging, and visually strong digital experiences for web and mobile products. The role focuses on turning user needs and business goals into practical design solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.

The selected person will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to research, design, prototype, and refine user interfaces. A strong sense of visual design, a solid grounding in user experience principles, and the ability to balance appearance with functionality and technical constraints are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability studies to better understand user behavior and needs.
  • Build user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create polished interface layouts for web and mobile products.
  • Set up and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable interface elements.
  • Work with product and engineering teams so designs are implemented accurately.
  • Convert business needs and user insights into clear design directions.
  • Test usability and improve designs using feedback and data.
  • Keep visual identity, brand consistency, and user experience aligned across platforms.
  • Refine designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Explain design ideas, reasoning, and final solutions to stakeholders.
  • Keep pace with current UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to product improvements through data-driven design choices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • A strong portfolio showing UI/UX work across digital products.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable software.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design and usability standards.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and user experience across different platforms.
  • Awareness of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
  • Strong eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to keep learning and adapt to changing design tools and trends.
