Role overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Graphic Designer for a client in New York, NY. The position is set up as a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from home. It is a direct-hire opportunity with a compensation range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually. The team is described as results-driven and highly committed.

What you will do

  • Build and produce a wide variety of marketing and campaign materials for both print and digital use.
  • Design assets such as email graphics, social media creatives, posters, signage, invitations, and other campaign collateral.
  • Develop presentations and internal communication materials for executive leadership, the Board of Trustees, and donor-focused initiatives.
  • Edit video content for social channels, websites, email, and marketing campaigns, including short promos, performance recaps, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Work with internal teams and outside vendors to assemble, refine, and improve video assets for campaigns and broader organizational needs.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a total background of 4 to 7 years in graphic design and/or video editing.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience developing content for digital channels such as social media and email marketing.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
  • Excellent visual storytelling ability and the skill to turn complex ideas into engaging creative work across still and video formats.
