- Design interfaces for web and mobile products with strong attention to clarity and ease of use.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guidelines, and reusable interface components.
- Keep typography, color, spacing, and visual structure consistent across screens.
- Work closely with developers so the final build matches the intended design.
- Turn business goals and user insights into simple, effective design solutions.
- Improve designs using feedback, testing outcomes, and performance information.
- Develop responsive and accessible experiences across different devices and platforms.
- Share design ideas and reasoning with stakeholders.
- Keep up with current UX/UI methods, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in the product experience and design process.
- Support better usability, accessibility, and overall product quality.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
- A strong portfolio showing user-centered UI/UX work is expected.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software is needed.
- Good understanding of usability, interaction design, and accessibility standards is essential.
- Experience with wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems is required.
- Strong visual sense with knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory is important.
- Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences is necessary.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are needed.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills are important.
- Very high attention to detail and a strong focus on quality are expected.
- Ability to handle several projects at once and meet deadlines is required.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and design methods is important.
