Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced engineer to help run and enhance the performance of large-scale infrastructure systems. This position focuses on technical support, operational monitoring, coordination across engineering functions, and keeping service delivery efficient on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Track day-to-day operational performance and spot areas where results can be improved.
- Offer technical assistance to internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Review engineering data and compile performance reports.
- Liaise with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep work aligned.
- Diagnose technical problems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Keep technical documentation and project records complete and up to date.
- Follow engineering standards and health, safety, and environment policies at all times.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure or engineering operations.
- Strong capability in analysis, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.
- Well-developed communication and coordination skills.
