Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced engineer to help run and enhance the performance of large-scale infrastructure systems. This position focuses on technical support, operational monitoring, coordination across engineering functions, and keeping service delivery efficient on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track day-to-day operational performance and spot areas where results can be improved.
  • Offer technical assistance to internal teams and project stakeholders.
  • Review engineering data and compile performance reports.
  • Liaise with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep work aligned.
  • Diagnose technical problems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Keep technical documentation and project records complete and up to date.
  • Follow engineering standards and health, safety, and environment policies at all times.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure or engineering operations.
  • Strong capability in analysis, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Well-developed communication and coordination skills.
