Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-impact product experiences, delivering exceptional UI and UX from initial ideas to final implementation.
• Utilize cutting-edge design tools to explore diverse concepts, accelerate workflows, and elevate design quality, ensuring all user experiences are intuitive, effective, and engaging.
• Leverage AI tools, including LLMs, to refine project requirements, generate initial design concepts, identify potential risks and edge cases, and establish clear design directions before commencing detailed design work.
• Employ AI-powered tools like Cursor and Claude Code to transform initial concepts into interactive prototypes and generate production-ready frontend code, seamlessly transitioning between coding and design tools as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from the project's inception, defining UX requirements, providing support throughout the development and QA phases, and making design decisions informed by engineering considerations.
• Engage directly with customers to conduct validation and testing, using feedback to iterate on designs and analyzing user data (funnels, retention, adoption) to measure design effectiveness and inform future product enhancements.
• Identify and prioritize product improvements that offer the greatest business value, gain stakeholder alignment, and execute rapidly to deliver impactful solutions.

Additional Information

This is a permanent or fixed-term, full-time position. The role is based in Berlin, Germany, but the company also has offices in Milan, London, and Madrid, with remote options available in selected countries. The selection process emphasizes verifiable indicators of excellence and is consistent for all candidates, regardless of experience level.
