Job Summary
Inizio Engage is partnering with a prominent biotechnology company to support its Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs divisions. We are looking for dedicated professionals to offer virtual or telephonic educational and emotional support to patients and their caregivers as they navigate their diagnosis and treatment. This role offers a chance to represent a leading biotechnology firm and make a significant difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-promotional, disease-specific educational support to customers via inbound or outbound calls, as directed by the client.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients and caregivers to support medication adherence, with potential for evening and weekend work.
- Gather demographic data and disposition information for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service, adhering strictly to program talking points and call guides.
- Utilize live video conferencing software and client-specific web platforms as needed.
- Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client, without modification or unauthorized distribution.
- Complete all mandatory Inizio training courses and competency assessments to the required standard within specified timelines.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Facilitate the development and delivery of services across various healthcare sectors as defined by the client or Inizio.
- Proactively identify and propose innovative approaches to develop new partnership opportunities.
- Manage all administrative duties promptly, including daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, email correspondence, and time reporting.
- Attend required local and national meetings or conferences to stay informed about industry developments and share knowledge within the Patient Solutions team.
- Ensure all company equipment and materials are maintained according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to all Inizio and client-specific policies and procedures.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a current US healthcare professional license, specifically RN.
- Hold an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or BSN.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Neurology or sleep disorder care is preferred.
- Exhibit professional and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities with a pleasant telephone demeanor and clear vocal articulation.
- Proficiency in using call center telephone technology.
- Show strong organizational skills.
- Be a self-starter with a high degree of personal motivation.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
