Client Servicing Intern

About the internship

This internship is an opportunity for a motivated and imaginative candidate to build experience in client servicing at a fast-moving advertising agency. You will work alongside clients and internal teams, learning how campaigns are planned, coordinated, and delivered while helping the agency provide effective advertising support.

What you will do

• Support the preparation of creative briefs and campaign strategies for advertising projects.
• Coordinate with different internal teams so projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality.
• Compile and share updates, reports, and insights on campaign results and client satisfaction.
• Handle client questions and concerns professionally and within a timely turnaround.
• Track industry developments and competitor activity to contribute useful strategic input.
• Work with teammates to generate ideas and put client-focused solutions into action.

Who this internship is for

This role suits someone who communicates well in English, enjoys client-facing work, and is eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai, be able to start between 6th Jul'26 and 10th Aug'26, and commit to the full 3-month duration.

Additional information
