Role overview
The Order Processor supports spare parts and service order handling end to end. This includes preparing quotations, placing spare parts orders, coordinating with freight providers, managing stock control, registering assets, and maintaining close coordination with headquarters and customers.

Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming spare parts inquiries by reaching out to suppliers and headquarters, preparing customer offers, and creating supplier/headquarter purchase orders in an ERP environment such as SBO.
- Process service-related orders for spare parts and engine components.
- Prepare sales quotations for workshop, onboard service, and spare parts work while staying aligned with Everllence compliance standards.
- Track follow-ups and coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to secure on-time delivery of parts and engine components.
- Work with Everllence ES Product headquarters to obtain quotations and manage parts delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team and customers.
- Create deliveries in the system, raise invoices against delivery documents, and submit invoices to customers through the portal.
- Review sales activity and customer inquiries, then prepare periodic reports such as enquiry-to-offer and offer-to-order conversion reports.
- Visit customers within the sales region when needed.
- Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and within the required timeline.
- Maintain regular follow-up with freight companies.
- Monitor delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with Everllence ES Product headquarters.
- Keep complete and accurate records of all transactions.
- Respond to miscellaneous customer queries.
- Follow up on customer payments, outstanding invoices, and dunning activities to support timely collections and healthy cash flow.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering is required.
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- Strong knowledge of engines, commercial awareness, and prior experience in spare parts sales are important.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, including SAP Business One and PrimeShop, is needed.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is expected.
- Strong communication ability with fluent English is required.
