Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Performance Test Engineer for its Bhubaneswar office. The role is for professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience, and the walk-in interview is scheduled for 4th July 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Improve application performance by identifying and addressing issues related to CPU usage, memory consumption, and latency.
Use profiling, statistical, and visualization tools to measure system behavior and analyze performance results.
Work confidently with SQL, Scala, Python, or Java, along with CI/CD workflows, version control systems, and API integrations.
Run performance testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner to evaluate applications under different scenarios and configurations.
Handle large datasets for processing, extraction, analysis, and reporting tasks.
Apply knowledge of data modeling, data infrastructure, analytics, debugging, testing, and maintaining high-quality code.
Convert business or functional requirements into workable technical solutions.
