About the internship
This internship places you with a startup working across counseling, casting, and production services for the Hindi film industry, along with a newer real estate venture in Mumbai. As a digital marketing intern, you will support the promotion of artists and events while gaining practical experience in a fast-moving entertainment-focused environment.
What you will do
- Plan and execute social media strategies aimed at improving audience engagement and follower growth.
- Build and run SEM campaigns designed to bring in traffic and improve conversions.
- Work on SEO improvements for website content so pages perform better in search rankings.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
- Create original copy for social posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Track and review performance data from social channels and websites to understand results.
- Work with the marketing team to share ideas and shape new promotion strategies for talent and events.
Who can apply

Additional requirements
- Previous experience of 6 months to 1 year is preferred.
- You should be comfortable handling work independently with limited supervision.
- Content creation and content writing will be part of the role.
Stipend and structure
The monthly stipend is INR 5,000 to 9,000. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of INR 2,000 to 4,000 per month and incentive pay of INR 3,000 to 5,000 per month.
