Role Overview
This one-month, full-time, on-site internship is based in Delhi and is designed for candidates interested in event and exhibition operations. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of trade shows, coordinating with vendors and fabricators, and helping ensure that venue and booth arrangements are completed smoothly before showtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to exhibitor questions related to stall fabrication rules, hall structure, and operational guidelines.
- Support venue management activities and assist with cost estimation and budgeting.
- Identify suitable vendors and handle vendor onboarding and coordination.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms with vendors.
- Act as a liaison between the client, organizer, and fabricator.
- Ensure the hall is fully prepared before the event begins.
- Monitor vendor work and verify that everything is completed to standard.
- Draft booth construction guidelines for fabricators and exhibitors.
- Visit trade shows to observe practices and help improve event quality.
- Prepare the exhibitor manual.
- Assist in organizing technical seminars and conferences.
Who Can Apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, can commit to the full one-month duration, and are based in Delhi. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the field.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 20,000.
