About the Internship
Globussoft Technologies invites enthusiastic and driven candidates to join as Inside Sales Interns contributing to business development and sales operations. This role offers hands-on experience in sales tactics, client interaction, lead acquisition, and relationship building within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by generating and identifying potential leads.
- Perform market analysis to discover new clients and business prospects.
- Assist outreach efforts via telephone, email, and social media channels.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management databases with accurate client and sales data.
- Arrange meetings and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Prepare sales-related documents including reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and assistance.
- Engage in learning and contributing to strategic sales planning and execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Internship start date should be between July 20, 2026, and August 24, 2026.
- Commitment for a six-month duration is required.
- Strong interest and relevant skills in sales are essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, sales, or similar disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic grasp of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
- Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and eager to acquire new knowledge.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams.
Stipend and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to 15,000.
- Certificate upon completion of the internship.
- Five-day workweek with a casual dress code.
