Operations Internship (Remote, Part-Time)

About the Role

Join Referencified Tech Private Limited as an Operations Intern working remotely with flexible hours. The company is dedicated to facilitating meaningful educational experiences by connecting students with the right tutors, believing that true education extends beyond formal degrees.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate fees and pricing information clearly to prospective students.
• Arrange and conduct demo sessions between tutors and students.
• Coordinate with tutors regarding their availability for demos.
• Confirm demo timings with students based on tutor availability.
• Determine the subject or topic the student wishes to explore during the demo.
• Create WhatsApp groups including the student and business development manager; generate and distribute Zoom or Google Meet links.
• Send meeting links to the tutors separately.
• Issue reminders 45 minutes prior to the demo to both tutors and students.
• Facilitate introductions between students and tutors during demo sessions.
• Collect feedback post-demo and assist with enrollment by providing payment links.

Eligibility Criteria

• Availability to work from home for a six-month internship.
• Start date between July 12 and August 16, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and interest in operations and sales.
