  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with LIDS Retail policies and relevant state and federal laws.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required, following the procedures outlined in the Operations P&P Manual.
  • Uphold and support all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Supervise Associates

  • Actively participate in LIDS training programs, meet set goals for sales and tasks, and engage in regular follow-up.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of store staff on proper store operations and procedures.
