Team Support and Supervision

  • Take part in LIDS training programs and consistently follow up on sales and task goals.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of store personnel, including training on store operations and procedures.
  • Encourage associates to comply with company rules, especially around inventory, cash, and property security.
  • Step in to perform subordinate duties when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, plus 1 year of related experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales while keeping losses low.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
