Role Overview

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a friendly, dependable Cafe Attendant for its Gold Coast location in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for members and guests while supporting the club’s hospitality standards.

Compensation

This position pays $16.60 per hour.

Key Duties

• Greet members courteously, ideally by name, and help set a positive tone from the moment they arrive.
• Respond to questions, guide customers in choosing products, and provide attentive, helpful service.
• Keep the café space neat, orderly, and inviting at all times.
• Handle register transactions accurately and ensure sales and services are properly recorded.
• Follow all required food safety, sanitation, and handling practices in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare food and juice bar items according to company recipes and standards.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors, taking on additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Training Commitment
