About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable backend applications. This role requires strong expertise in Java programming and backend development, focusing on high-performance and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and web services
- Utilize frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate effectively
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with multiple teams including QA, frontend, and product stakeholders
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical problems within applications
- Enhance application performance and scalability
- Engage in code reviews and adhere to coding standards
- Apply security and data protection techniques to safeguard applications
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong command of Core Java (version 8 or higher)
- Practical experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks
- Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
- Experience building and working with REST APIs and microservices architectures
- Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
