Role Overview
This position is for a Full Stack Developer who can build, improve, and support complete web applications end to end. The role requires comfort across both client-side and server-side development, participation in architecture-related discussions, and close coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver dependable and scalable software.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, and support both front-end interfaces and back-end application logic.
- Build REST APIs and microservices using Java-based technologies such as Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Design and work with scalable SQL and NoSQL data models for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Boost application performance and scalability through refactoring, caching, and front-end improvements.
- Develop and run unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain reliability and security.
- Work with designers and product managers to convert wireframes and requirements into production-ready features.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong command of Java and Spring Boot, or a comparable framework, for scalable backend development.
- Very solid hands-on experience with React or Angular.
- Practical experience creating RESTful APIs, including pagination, filtering, versioning, and error handling.
- Working knowledge of microservices architecture and service-to-service communication.
- Ability to handle large payloads, asynchronous processing, and both batch and real-time patterns.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases.
- Good communication skills and client interaction experience.
