Job Overview

This role involves Java application maintenance and development at level 2 support within Capgemini Technology Services India Limited, located in Bangalore Rural. The position requires a solid foundation in core Java development along with exposure to associated tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Java-based applications, focusing on Java/J2EE platforms and Kafka messaging services.
• Develop and troubleshoot using Java 8 features and manage code repositories via Git-based version control systems such as GitHub and GitLab.
• Utilize SQL skills for database interactions and Unix shell scripting for process automation.
• Commit to continual learning of emerging technologies and apply analytical problem-solving to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively within teams and demonstrate a positive attitude and strong dedication to assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Core Java programming and solid analytical capabilities.
