Role overview
This remote contractor role is focused on building and refining structured evaluation frameworks for AI systems dealing with risk intelligence and crisis-response situations. The work centers on assessing model outputs, designing benchmarks, and shaping clear guidance for complex, high-stakes scenarios.
What you'll do
- Develop structured reasoning rubrics that can be used to judge AI responses tied to risk intelligence and crisis management.
- Review datasets and scenario-based cases to spot possible threats and understand their effect on global operations.
- Build advanced evaluation tasks and benchmark sets for AI training, keeping them aligned with strong risk-assessment and incident-response practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders so the rubrics fit existing enterprise processes across HR, security, and communications teams.
- Deliver clear written and spoken feedback that helps improve both model quality and the clarity of the rubric itself.
- Assess crisis-response scenarios and contribute recommendations for phased response planning that supports business continuity.
Requirements
- Background in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning in an enterprise setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for explaining nuanced reasoning in a simple way.
- Strong judgment when working with incomplete information, along with the ability to plan practical multi-step responses.
- Comfort working with organizational processes spanning HR, security, and communications.
- Experience creating, documenting, and reviewing structured rubrics or evaluation frameworks.
- Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret insight from data.
