TITLE: Statistical Programmer
DESCRIPTION:
Role overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Statistical Programmer. The position focuses on building and maintaining statistical programs that enable data analysis and reporting. You will work on data preparation, create clear visual outputs, carry out quality control reviews, and coordinate with teams across functions. The role also includes contributing to statistical model design and implementation while keeping work aligned with applicable standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SDTM, ADaM, TLF, and programming in SAS and/or R.
Solid grounding in statistical techniques, analytical workflows, and model development.
Practical experience managing databases and working with very large data volumes.
Awareness of relevant industry rules and frameworks such as CDISC and clinical trial reporting, where applicable.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems independently and contribute effectively in team environments.
Clear written and spoken communication skills for explaining technical results in a concise and understandable way.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
Background in healthcare, clinical research, or similar domains will be an added advantage.
