About the Internship

This internship is with Zion, a D2C startup under Specter Products LLP that is focused on premium pickleball gear, court experiences, and growing the sport in India. The brand is aiming to build a global sports name from India while expanding its community of players and enthusiasts.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the court’s everyday operations and keep things running smoothly.
• Greet players, support them on-site, and help deliver a strong customer experience.
• Help grow the pickleball community through events, mixers, and league activities.
• Handle court reservations and respond quickly to player questions or issues.
• Keep the court, equipment, and venue standards in good condition.
• Take simple photos and videos for social media and community promotion.
• Work closely with coaches, staff, and management to coordinate daily activities.
• Look for ways to improve player engagement and encourage repeat visits.

Who Can Apply

This role is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai, start between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Applicants should be Mumbai-based, have relevant interests and skills, and be comfortable with evening and weekend shifts depending on court hours. Women looking to begin or restart their careers may apply, and freshers can also be considered.

Skills and Tools

Candidates should be confident in communication, customer service, community interaction, and event coordination. Comfort with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and booking systems is important, along with strong time management and a proactive approach.

Additional Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and people-handling abilities are expected.
• A friendly, customer-first attitude is important for success in this role.
• An interest in sports, fitness, or community-building will be useful.
• Prior exposure to events, hospitality, sports, or customer service will be an advantage.

Stipend and Offer Details

The internship includes a stipend of ₹8,500 to ₹15,000 per month. The structure consists of fixed pay of ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.

On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹200,000 per year.
