A high-end real estate group in Dubai is hiring an Assistant Housekeeper for an ultra-luxury private villa. What you will do

• Carry out everyday cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the villa.
• Keep bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and shared areas maintained to a very high standard.
• Make beds, replace linens, and take care of laundry and ironing.
• Arrange wardrobes, storage spaces, and household supplies neatly and logically.
• Support table setup, guest readiness, and special occasions when needed.
• Track housekeeping stock and flag items that need to be replenished.
• Handle premium furnishings, luxury decor, and valuable household items with extra care.
• Observe all hygiene, safety, and housekeeping protocols at all times.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain a polished, professional manner consistently.

Experience and requirements

• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in luxury villas, private homes, five-star hotels, resorts, or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning methods.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently with limited supervision.
• Well-groomed appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Experience in VIP, HNI, or UHNW households is considered a plus.
