You will report to the Underground Shift Supervisor and handle the safe, productive use of Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) machinery in support of underground development and production work.

Key Duties

• Run underground boggers/LHD units in a safe and productive manner.
• Move ore and waste material from underground work areas.
• Help keep production on schedule and contribute to daily output targets.
• Carry out pre-start checks and complete machinery documentation.
• Spot, raise, and record hazards, incidents, and equipment faults.
• Support ventilation work, roadway upkeep, and other underground duties when needed.
• Comply with all site procedures, safety rules, internal policies, and legal requirements.
• Work as part of a team with miners, truck drivers, service crews, and supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on background operating underground boggers/LHDs in hard rock mining.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including overnight work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
