Company Overview
The hiring organization is a major real estate and mixed-use development group in Qatar with a broad portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail assets. As it grows, the business is enhancing its corporate services structure to boost efficiency, strengthen governance, and raise service quality across all divisions.
Role Summary
The Chief Shared Services Officer will own the group-wide shared services agenda, bringing together and improving core support functions such as Human Resources, Finance Operations, Procurement, Information Technology, Administration, and wider Corporate Services. This position is responsible for defining service benchmarks, streamlining operations, introducing automation, and continuously improving processes across the organisation. Partnering with the executive team, the CSSO will position shared services as a strategic enabler while preserving strong governance, cost discipline, and high internal stakeholder satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings deep executive-level leadership experience in shared services across large, multi-line businesses. A strong background in operational excellence, business transformation, governance, ERP rollout, and service delivery design is required. Prior experience leading cross-functional corporate support teams in the GCC will be an advantage. The role calls for sharp commercial judgement, excellent stakeholder management, and a consistent track record of improving enterprise-wide operations.
