Role Overview

Vasquez Law Firm, PLLC is expanding and looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join the Charlotte office. The position is designed for someone who values structure, teamwork, and high-quality client service.

This opening is available to existing VLF team members from any department, as well as outside applicants who share the firm’s values and service mindset.

What the Role Involves

As the first person clients connect with, you will help create a courteous, efficient, and organized experience. The work includes handling incoming communication, assisting with documents, arranging schedules, and supporting clients while keeping information accurate and systems well maintained.

The role is important in keeping client interactions smooth, supporting coordination across teams, and ensuring document processes are handled carefully.

Work Location

This is an on-site position based in the Charlotte office.

Compensation

The pay for this role is $16 per hour.
