Role overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Initiatives, the Coordinator will help deliver learning programs and development activities across the firm. The role works closely with learning leaders, lawyers and the learning and development team to ensure programs are organized, well communicated and executed smoothly from planning to completion.

This position involves coordinating logistics, supporting presenters, maintaining project plans, preparing materials and using educational technology to create a polished experience for participants.

Core responsibilities

  • Plan and manage learning programs, events and virtual sessions from initial setup through post-program follow-up
  • Keep project schedules, task trackers, program documentation and shared inboxes up to date
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes and participant communications
  • Work with speakers, attendees and internal stakeholders to keep programs on track
  • Assist with room arrangements, catering, online delivery and learning technology support
  • Monitor attendance, registrations, feedback forms and CPD accreditation needs
  • Organize files, program listings and internal learning content pages
  • Provide support during peak periods and contribute ideas to improve team processes

Education and experience
