About the Role

Jardin Constanza is seeking a motivated early-career Data Analyst to join its team in a full-time, onsite position in Australia. This role is suited to recent graduates and junior professionals who want to build a career in analytics and contribute to better business decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, prepare, and verify data from a mix of internal and external sources.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, recurring patterns, and useful business insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that help track performance.
• Track important KPIs and produce regular analytical updates.
• Work closely with different teams to deliver recommendations based on data.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and data systems.
• Record data workflows, reporting methods, and the results of analysis.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree that is completed or currently underway in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates at the start of their careers are welcome.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic SQL.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar dashboarding tools is beneficial.
• Basic experience with Python or R for analysis is an added advantage.
• Good communication, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
