Role Summary
The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Manager, Data Analyst (Data Solutions) to work with the Data Analytics & Engineering group inside the Digital & Data NAOU organization. In this role, you will connect business teams with technical partners to shape and deliver scalable, dependable data and AI solutions.
You will be responsible for capturing business needs, converting them into functional and technical requirements, and collaborating with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to make sure the resulting governed datasets or data products match the intended business outcome. The position also calls for strong analytical thinking, an understanding of data structures, experience with semantic models and LLM-based data use cases, and practical dashboard/report development using curated data sources such as Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
You will help ensure that data products are accurate, well-governed, and useful for decision-making. The work includes requirement gathering, solution design support, validation, documentation, and reporting.
- Convert business goals into precise functional and technical specifications in coordination with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers.
- Work with Data Engineers, Architects, and Solution Owners to plan and deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.
- Participate in conceptual and logical data design conversations so business needs are properly represented in the data model.
- Use SQL, Python, and related tools to explore, validate, and reconcile data across complex datasets.
- Build AI data agents on the existing data foundation using Microsoft Foundry, Fabric, and related technology.
- Define and carry out business-driven data validation and QA/testing approaches across ingestion, transformation, and reporting stages.
- Spot and help fix issues related to data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including source-to-target mappings, business rules, data flows, and lineage records.
- Create reports and dashboards from curated datasets and semantic models while following standardized KPI definitions.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure reporting uses trusted, scalable, and clearly defined data assets.
- Support data governance and quality practices, including metadata, data definitions, and access control.
- Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis to support validation, business understanding, and product decisions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong background in gathering requirements and turning business needs into data and analytics solutions.
- Practical experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Working knowledge of data structures, relational data concepts, and semantic data models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business, engineering, and architecture stakeholders.
- Experience in AI architecture and building AI agents on enterprise data models using agentic AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with close attention to accuracy and data quality.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, and modern platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
- Ability to create AI agents that interact with data models using LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while driving cross-functional work forward.
- Preferred background includes CPG or beverage-sector experience, exposure to data lake/warehouse/lakehouse environments, enterprise data governance and quality frameworks, data validation/testing/reconciliation, and large-scale multi-source data environments.

Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this role is 124,600 USD to 148,200 USD per year. Base pay may differ based on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position also includes a 15% annual incentive reference value at target performance. A broader package of medical, financial, and other benefits is available depending on the role. The posting also references a long-term incentive reference value of 0% to 20%.
Location, Travel, and Other Details
This is an onsite position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
Travel may be required up to 25%. Relocation is not provided.
