Role Overview
This opening is for a Process Trainer focused on e-commerce seller support. The role involves building, delivering, and overseeing training for customer-facing and operations teams. The position is based in Pune and requires working from the office.
Work Schedule
The job follows a 5.5-day work week with rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Run onboarding, refresher, and process training sessions for seller support teams.
- Create and revise training content, standard operating procedures, process manuals, and knowledge resources.
- Perform training needs analysis to identify learning gaps.
- Conduct classroom-based as well as virtual training programs.
- Evaluate trainees through quizzes, certifications, mock calls, and other assessments.
- Support teams on the floor through coaching, feedback, and guidance to lift performance.
- Work closely with operations, quality, and subject matter experts to improve training outcomes.
- Track training impact through KPIs and suggest process enhancements.
- Keep learning material aligned with changes in business rules, workflows, and policies.
- Maintain training reports, attendance logs, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality expectations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have prior experience as a Process Trainer in e-commerce or seller support, along with practical knowledge of marketplace operations and training delivery. Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and analytical abilities are important, as is the ability to manage multiple batches in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Experience and Tools
Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Alibaba, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar systems is preferred. Experience in seller support, marketplace operations, seller onboarding, catalog handling, listing work, and order management will be valuable. Exposure to learning management systems is an added advantage, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
Education and Eligibility
Any graduate can apply. A background certificate in training, learning and development, or instructional design will be considered an added advantage. Experience in BPO/KPO or e-commerce seller support operations is preferred.
