Meta is hiring Product Managers to partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to create and improve products. What you will do

• Own discovery of major near-term and long-term opportunities within a large product area, and shape product strategy and roadmaps in line with wider business objectives.
• Build alignment across teams, create structure around unclear problems, and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Lead planning and delivery of technology projects for web products, applications, and platforms.
• Use data, usability findings, research, and market insights to refine product direction, improve customer experience, and support engineering efficiency.
• Drive product development alongside top-tier engineering and design teams while helping maintain healthy team dynamics.
• Understand Meta’s strategic position and competitive landscape, and deliver products that support the company mission and stand out in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as design and legal to define requirements, build roadmaps, allocate resources, and guide teams through major milestones.
• Establish and review product metrics, assess performance, and use user insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing to guide decisions.
• Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment where processes evolve quickly and creative problem-solving is expected.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
• At least 10 years working closely with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Background in managing the full product lifecycle, including customer feedback, prioritization, and pre-launch and post-launch execution.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to senior or executive stakeholders.
• BA or BS in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience creating 0-to-1 products, platform or ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Experience in a consumer technology company.
• Ability to use AI tools to redesign or improve workflows and deliver measurable gains such as better efficiency or quality.
• Experience applying responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk review, bias reduction, and quality/accuracy checks.
• Ongoing development of AI skills such as prompt and context engineering, agent orchestration, and awareness of newer AI technologies.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this role is $205,000 to $277,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
