About the internship

Queens Of Change Foundation is looking for a software development intern who is enthusiastic about building useful technology and contributing to impactful work. This role is suited to someone with a solid grasp of Java, HTML, and software testing, and who wants practical exposure in a mission-driven organization.

What you will do

• Work with experienced developers to help plan and build software solutions.
• Write, refine, and maintain clean code in Java and HTML across assigned tasks and projects.
• Run software tests to check that features work correctly and perform reliably.
• Help diagnose issues and support debugging when problems arise.
• Take part in team discussions and share ideas that can improve workflows and processes.
• Keep learning about tools, practices, and trends relevant to software development.
• Use your technical skills to support the foundation’s broader objectives.
