Role overview

This is a strategic people development position for a Learning & Development leader based in the United States. The role sits at the center of a global, decentralized workforce and is responsible for building learning initiatives that strengthen employee growth, leadership capability, and overall business performance.

You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand capability gaps, shape learning priorities, and deliver programs that support employees throughout their career journey.
