About the internship
This work-from-home internship focuses on implementing and validating AI voice bots against client-specific needs. You will help ensure that conversations sound natural, responses follow the intended flow, pronunciation is accurate, and the overall experience meets quality expectations in one or more supported languages.
What you'll do
- Set up and implement AI voice bots based on the requirements shared by clients.
- Check bot conversations for correctness, pronunciation quality, response sequencing, and user experience.
- Verify bot behavior in the assigned language or languages.
- Spot bugs, mismatches, and areas where the bot can be improved, and record them clearly.
- Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to align the output with client expectations.
- Carry out functional testing and regression checks after changes or updates.
- Prepare detailed test notes, reports, and feedback records.
- Complete assigned implementation and testing work within the expected timeline.

Additional requirements
- Comfort in at least one of the supported languages is required.
- Strong spoken English is important for the role.
- You should bring sharp attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Basic computer skills are expected.
- You must be able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Interest in AI, voice technology, QA testing, or NLP will be an advantage.
