About the Role

Because the Truss and Frame Plant is expanding, the team is seeking an experienced Frame/Truss Assembler to join the workshop in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run plant machinery and supporting equipment used to build wall frames and trusses.
• Work with timber products, including helping with measuring and cutting timber.
• Operate nail guns to assemble frames and trusses.
• Stack, pack, and prepare completed products for transport.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working with timber.

Required Skills

• Comfortable reading plans and following written instructions.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to keep pace in a busy production setting.
• Dependable, eager to learn, and capable of working without close supervision.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
