Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quality leads, sales, and conversions while keeping CPL and CPA efficient.
  • Research audiences, competitors, and keywords to uncover new growth paths.
  • Develop, experiment with, and refine ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting approaches.
  • Track campaign performance every day and make decisions based on data.
  • Configure and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics setups.
  • Share weekly and monthly campaign reports with clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and account teams to support campaign success.
  • Keep pace with industry trends, platform changes, and current best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
