Warehouse/Logistics Manager

Overview

Texas Tissue Converting in Conroe, Texas is hiring a full-time Warehouse / Logistics Manager for an on-site role within its expanding manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for keeping warehouse activity organized, maintaining inventory control, and coordinating shipping, receiving, and transportation functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day warehouse and logistics workflow.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities, inventory precision, and the movement of materials.
• Arrange transportation timelines and maintain relationships with carriers.
• Guide, train, and support warehouse employees to uphold safety, speed, and operational quality.
• Track inventory and assist with cycle counts and audit processes.
• Make sure warehouse practices and safety requirements are followed.
• Look for ways to improve processes, lower expenses, and raise efficiency.
• Work closely with production, supply chain, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, stay organized, and solve problems effectively.
• Hands-on experience with inventory control and ERP software.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Background in manufacturing or converting is an added advantage.
