About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to work as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) intern, engaging with the convergence of technology, customer needs, and business challenges. The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI-driven technical solutions by utilizing APIs and integrations. The position demands a blend of technical curiosity and proficient communication skills, without necessitating domain-specific expertise. Fast learners capable of grasping new problems and clearly expressing complex ideas are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements and business challenges into well-defined technical problems.
- Support identification and deployment of AI and technology-centered solutions.
- Work closely with APIs, software integrations, and existing system frameworks.
- Diagnose and address technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Research client operational workflows and uncover opportunities for automation.
- Assist in developing prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Evaluate potential business impact and return on investment for proposed solutions.
- Engage in product demos, solution walkthroughs, and client meetings.
- Collect user feedback and relay insights to product and engineering divisions.
- Document requirements, technical discoveries, and implementation processes thoroughly.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 14,000, structured as a fixed pay of INR 2,500 to INR 10,000 plus performance incentives of INR 500 to INR 4,000.
