Job summary
We are looking for a well-organized and driven Program Manager at the entry, junior, or associate level to help coordinate programs and cross-functional workstreams. This role focuses on supporting planning, execution, administration, communication with stakeholders, reporting, and process improvements so that program goals are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering program activities and initiatives.
- Monitor milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and performance indicators across programs.
- Build reports, dashboards, slide decks, and regular status communications.
- Arrange meetings, record action points, and ensure follow-through on tasks.
- Work with teams across functions to help advance program objectives.
- Support scheduling, resource planning, and identification of risks.
- Keep program files, records, and governance documents up to date.
- Observe program progress and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
- Help prepare updates and communication materials for stakeholders.
- Contribute to special assignments and strategic work as needed.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a similar discipline is needed.
- Applicants should have 0 to 2 years of professional experience; internships, academic work, or related exposure can be considered.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities are essential.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
- Clear communication and strong people skills are important for this role.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are expected.
- The ability to juggle several priorities in a dynamic environment is necessary.
- A detail-focused mindset and a proactive working style are important.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in program coordination, operations support, or project administration is an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is helpful. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or similar project management approaches is preferred. Experience creating reports and presentations for stakeholders is valued. CAPM or another project management certification is a plus.
